You are not alone. There are organisations and people who can support you, alongside your friends and family.
How we can help
We exist to help break the isolation and meet the needs of those bereaved by suicide. We provide safe, confidential spaces where people who have been bereaved by suicide can share their experiences and feelings, so giving and gaining support from each other. Our services are run by volunteers, the majority of whom have been bereaved by suicide themselves. You can email us, call us or visit a local group.
We also have information about other organisations who may be able to help. You may also find local community groups in your area – search the internet, ask your GP or check with your local council, many have a list of organisations on their websites.

Taking care of your health
If you have any concerns about your health – physical or emotional – we recommend that you contact your GP or health professional. If you do not feel that they are responding to you, you can request to see a second doctor.
